Klare Nevins

Klare Nevins was a member of DSLC during her senior year at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. She majored in Anthropology and African Studies and minored in Outdoor Studies. As part of DSLC, Klare helped with data entry, inputting inmate certificates of residents from the St. Lawrence County Poorhouse. For her final senior paper she carried out original primary research on the history of child welfare in the 1900s and the status of children admitted into the St. Lawrence County Poorhouse.
