Debbie Ali was a part of DSLC during her senior at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. She majored in Economics and double minored in Fine Arts and Anthropology.  As part of the Death in St. Lawrence County project, Debbie examined the public perception of the St. Lawrence County Poorhouses using historic newspapers from St. Lawrence County. Additionally, she worked on data entry of the St. Lawrence County Inmate Certificates.
